TENSIONCORE HOSTING END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! These Terms are an agreement between Tensioncore Administration Services and You. They apply to all services subscribed for in your application process. The terns also apply to any future additions to your subscriptions.

DEFINITIONS.
“You”, “End-User”; refer to the person whose name appears on the account for which services are provided as well as anyone in power of the account (such as Web administrator, FTP administrator, etc)
“Us”; refers to Tensioncore Administration Services, also referred to as Tensioncore, Tensioncore Hosting, and Tensioncore Web Hosting.
“EULA”; refers to this agreement.
“VDS”; Virtual Dedicated Server.
“VDH”; Virtual Dedicated Hosting.

These Terms supercede any previous versions of the Tensioncore Hosting EULA, and you must agree to them in order to use our services.
1.0 – Server Administration
1.1 Administration of Hosting Packages 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 is done by Tensioncore Employees, and NO ONE else.
1.2 Administration of a Virtual Dedicated Server is solely the responsibility of the End-User.
2.0 – Website Content
2.1 ABSOLUTELY NO PORNOGRAPHY WEBSITES. This includes websites that have more than 50% pornographic content, or as determined by Tensioncore Server Staff. Any such websites are subject to immediate removal from our servers and no reimbursement for services Paid will be given.
2.2 Websites must not contain illegal information, information deemed to be illegal, or any discussion boards, forums or blogs with such information. Users with such content will be subject to removal of their account and hosting by Tensioncore Staff. Severity of the offence will determine removal.
3.0 – Virtual Server Usage
3.1 Users with VDH hosting must comply with the License agreements of any software which is installed on their VDS.
3.2 Virtual Servers are inspected on occasion for user compliance of the EULA.
4.0 – Scripts
4.1 USERS MUST NOT PERFORM OR ALLOW THEIR WEBSITE/HOSTING SERVICE TO EXECUTE MALICIOUS SCRIPT ONTO THE RESPECTIVE SERVER OR VDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
4.2 Scripts must not create infinite loops onto Tensioncore’s Servers at any time. Any such occurrence with negative results will result in Service Termination with no reimbursement.
5.0 – Future EULA Versions
5.1 Future EULA versions will be sent to all Tensioncore Hosting users for End User agreement, in special cases rules will be omitted to allow regular website operation, and a separate EULA will be issued to the respective user.

If you do not agree to this agreement, then you will not be accepted to Tensioncore Hosting.
